The Platform
What is Camp Concierge and who is it for?
Camp Concierge is a summer camp discovery and planning platform built for families. Instead of bouncing between 40 different camp websites, you search everything in one place — 1,200+ camp organizations, 3,100+ programs — and plan your whole summer in one spot. It's designed for parents who are tired of the research rabbit hole and want to actually enjoy picking camps instead of dreading it.
How many camps are on Camp Concierge?
Over 1,200 camp organizations with 3,100+ individual programs. We add more every week, and camp providers can claim and update their own listings directly.
What does "add to schedule" actually mean? Do you handle registration?
We help you plan, not register. When you add a camp to your schedule, it goes into your personal summer planner so you can see your whole summer at a glance, share it with your partner, and coordinate with other parents. When you're ready to officially sign up with a camp, we link you straight to their registration page. We're the planning layer; they handle the paperwork.
Is my data private? Who can see my schedule?
Your schedule is private by default — only you can see it unless you choose to share it through Parent Connect, our family coordination feature. When you do share, you control exactly which friends can view your plans. The cohort badges you may see on camp listings (like "families from your school are going here") only ever show aggregate counts of 2 or more families. Individual names and schedules are never visible to strangers.
Membership & Pricing
Is it really free forever?
Yes. Searching and browsing camps is always free with no credit card and no trial period. You can find camps, view details, and see average ratings without ever paying. Membership unlocks the planning tools, full reviews, Parent Connect, and Scout AI.
What exactly does the Concierge plan include?
Concierge means Emily, the founder, personally works with you on your summer plan. You tell her your kids' ages, interests, and schedule constraints, and she puts together a tailored camp lineup. Think of it as having a friend who knows every camp in your area and has done the research so you don't have to.
Does my membership auto-renew?
Yes, annually. You can cancel anytime from your account settings and your access continues through the end of your billing period. No penalties, no questions asked.
What does "Founding Member" mean?
Founding Members are the first families to join Camp Concierge, and they get their rate locked for life. If you join at $25/year before May 25, 2026, you'll pay $25 every year you keep your membership active — even when the standard price returns to $45 on May 26. The founding rate is yours as long as your subscription stays continuous.
What happens to my rate if I cancel and rejoin?
The Founding Member rate is locked only while your subscription stays active. If you cancel and rejoin later, you'll pay whatever the current rate is at that time. As long as you stay a continuous member, your $25 rate is yours for life.
PTA Giveback
How does the PTA giveback work?
For every paid membership, a portion goes directly to your child's PTA: $5 for Member plans, $10 for Concierge plans. It's automatic and built into the pricing, so you don't have to do a thing. If your children are at different schools, the donation goes to the PTA for the school you've designated in your profile. We share an annual summary of total donations to the community.
What if my child's school doesn't have a PTA, or I don't want to designate a school?
No problem. If you haven't designated a school, or your school doesn't have an active PTA, your giveback goes to our General Fund, which we distribute to a vetted education-focused nonprofit. We'll share total donation amounts each year so you can see where the money goes.
Do I need to opt in or do anything to trigger the PTA donation?
No. It's automatic. Every paid membership fee includes the giveback. You just pick the plan — the donation happens on its own.
For Camp Providers
How do I get my camp listed on Camp Concierge?
Most local camps are already in our database. You can claim your existing listing to update information, add details, and see how families interact with your page. If your camp isn't listed yet, you can submit it through the same page — it only takes a few minutes.
Is listing free for camps?
Yes. Claiming and managing your listing is completely free. We're building paid analytics and promotion tools for later this year, and you'll be notified when those are available. There's no risk to claiming your listing now.
